This Privacy Policy explains how Garibsons ("we", "us") handles your information in the Sind Club Sports mobile applications (the "App") for members of the Sind Club, Karachi. By creating an account and using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to run the Club's sporting and member services:

• Account details — your membership number, name, email address, and mobile number.
• Login credentials — a password, managed securely through Firebase Authentication (we never store it in plain text).
• Profile photo — optional, if you choose to add one.
• Sporting activity — tournament entries, match results, scores, and handicaps.
• Bookings — appointments you make for Club facilities (e.g. Hammam, Barber, courts), where available.

Identity Verification

When you register, we confirm that you are the rightful member by sending a one-time verification code to the email address or mobile number the Club holds on file for your membership. SMS codes are delivered through Google Firebase. We show you only a masked version of your contact details during this step. New accounts are reviewed by a Club administrator before activation.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and secure your member account, and verify your identity.
• To provide Club features — tournaments, live scores, profiles, and bookings.
• To notify you about Club tournaments, results, and announcements.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where Your Data Is Stored

The App is built on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage), operated by Google LLC. Your data is stored on Google's secure servers, which may be located outside Pakistan. Google processes this data on our behalf as our infrastructure provider.

Sharing

We share your information only:

• With Google Firebase, as the provider that hosts the App and delivers verification messages.
• Within the Sind Club, with authorised administrators, to operate its sporting and member services.
• Where required by law.

Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information associated with your account. You can change your password at any time from within the App. To request account or data deletion, contact us using the details below and we will action your request.

Data Retention & Security

We keep your information for as long as your account and Club membership remain active, and as needed to provide the App's services. We rely on Firebase's security infrastructure to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

Children

The App is intended for Sind Club members and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
