Figures are an estimate for reconciliation derived from the booking rows — the padel bill of record stays the club's own system. Active booking = slot charge + guests × guest charge + coach rate. Cancellations are charged nothing here (see the note under the report).

This will not tie out line-for-line against the club's monthly bill, and that is expected. This report counts the day a court was played. The club's "Member Transactions" report counts the day a charge was keyed into the POS — and the desk posts in batches, so a month's takings there covers play from roughly a week before the 1st to a week before the month end. Comparing the two by date will always show a gap; compare a single booking, or a long period, instead.
