When to use this
This page finds and fixes members who can't log in because their account never linked up properly.
It repairs the exact fault that stranded Marina Ali: a verified Firebase account with no membership linkage,
which also made her invisible to the normal Approvals queue.
- Repair (orphans) — the member types their password and gets stuck: verified, but not linked to a membership.
Use Repair to create the missing linkage and activate them. Confirm the membership number, name and sex first
(prefilled from their intake form when one is on file).
- Approve / Reject (pending & rejected) — a normal registration waiting for a decision. Approve lets them in;
Reject blocks them. This mirrors the admin app's Approvals screen.
- Resend Verification (unverified) — the account is linked but the member never confirmed their email, so they're
stuck at the verify step. Re-send the verification link to their inbox.
- Dismiss (duplicate intakes) — the same person submitted the "request access" intake form more than once.
Keep one and dismiss the extras so the onboarding list stays clean.
