How members may book the Hammam. Changes apply to
new bookings straight away — no app update, nothing to deploy.
Appointments already booked are never touched. These govern
member bookings only — the desk booking walk-ins is exempt.
Booking limits
Two numbers, counted for the Hammam on its own (the barber shop is
counted separately and set apart). Back-to-back rows — say two half-hours that
make an hour’s massage — count as one booking.
Upcoming Hammam appointments at once. Tighten this if slots start
being held rather than used; it takes effect on the next booking.
A member cannot book beyond this many days from today.
What is — and isn’t — set here
• These two rules govern member bookings only. The desk seating
walk-ins is exempt.
• Cancellation is free right now — there is no cancellation
setting to change.
• The barber’s turnaround buffer between chairs is a separate,
Barber concern — it is not on this page.
• The barber shop has its own limits, counted apart from the Hammam.
